1. Consultation & Suitability

All consultations for Ultra Femme 360 are carried out by telephone prior to treatment.

Clients are required to complete a client record and consent form and provide accurate and complete information.

V.FEMME reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsuitable based on the information provided.

Payment does not guarantee that treatment will proceed if suitability concerns are identified.

2. Treatment Information & Results

Ultra Femme 360 uses radiofrequency technology to support intimate wellness and aesthetic confidence.

Individual results vary and are influenced by factors such as age, hydration, lifestyle, hormonal changes, and adherence to the recommended treatment plan.

Results are not guaranteed, and no specific outcome can be promised.

Ultra Femme 360 is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not replace medical care.

3. Payment Terms

Klarna (Pending Approval)

Klarna payment options may become available once approval is confirmed. If you choose to use Klarna once activated, you will enter into an unregulated credit agreement with Klarna.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments and Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs and late fees apply.

Full payment is required before the first treatment session, either as a one-off payment or via Klarna Pay in 3 / Pay Later.

Payment approval confirms your booking.

Where Klarna is used, instalment payments are managed entirely by Klarna and are subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions.

V.FEMME is not responsible for Klarna payment schedules, declined payments, or missed instalments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of that session or associated fee.

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Refund Policy

Once treatment has started, no refunds will be issued.

If treatment cannot proceed due to suitability concerns identified before treatment begins, V.FEMME may offer:

A partial refund (excluding consultation, administration, or Klarna fees), or

Credit towards future treatment, at V.FEMME’s discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose all relevant information honestly and fully during consultation and on all forms.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being stopped and will void any right to refund.

Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment guidance provided.
